一. Product use
GPM-60 microcomputer controlled rolling contact fatigue test bench is mainly used to simulate the friction failure test of rolling contact materials. A constant load is applied to the sample of rolling or rolling plus sliding contact, so that the contact surface is subjected to the action of cyclic line and point friction contact pressure. By controlling and changing the load, speed, slip rate, time, friction material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameters of the test, to evaluate the friction fatigue life of the material.
The machine is a horizontal frame structure, controlled by AC servo motor loading and rotation, the test parameters to achieve the unit setting, easy to operate, the test reading is accurate and reliable, through the computer can be easy to control the parameters, can display real-time friction torque-time, test force-time, friction coefficient - time, vibration signal - time and other curves. And record, save, print the test curve.
